Synergy Vault is simple to use, all you have to do is enter a keyword in the Search field and click the Search button.
You have the option to filter results with several criteria such as by file type word, excel, powerpoint, pdf, email, text, html and/or by start/end date
Using the Quick Search drop down menu, you can quickly select amongst several search options.
In the example below, selecting “Word 7 Days Ago”, you will receive the results for all the Word documents that have been created or modified in the last 7 days.
In this example by entering the start and end date, all the files that have been created or modified in the last month will appear
